01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between baji665 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any feature of the baji665 website located at https://baji665.net and any associated domains or subdomains (collectively, "the Site").

By accessing the Site in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with baji665's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be published on the Site from time to time. All of these documents form part of the agreement between you and baji665.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of features on baji665, including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules apply to all baji665 accounts:

• One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one baji665 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• KYC verification: baji665 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC requests and to supply accurate documentation promptly.

baji665 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on baji665 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), and Upay. baji665 does not accept cash transactions or transfers from third-party accounts.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. baji665 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your baji665 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• baji665 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if the transaction is flagged by our fraud detection systems or if the source of funds cannot be verified.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account number used for the corresponding deposit. baji665 does not permit withdrawal to a different bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number than the one used to fund your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies and may vary by account tier and verification status.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, baji665 may require full KYC verification, including a copy of your National Identity Card and a selfie. This is a one-time process designed to protect your account and comply with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) before they become eligible for withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be suspended.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not claimed within the stated claim window, or wagering requirements not completed within the stated completion window, will be automatically removed from your account without notice.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or baji665 — may close a baji665 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary closure by the player: Players who wish to close their baji665 account voluntarily should contact customer support via live chat. Before the account is closed, any outstanding balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification checks) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method. Players who are closing their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to request a self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure — self-exclusion provides additional safeguards.

Closure or suspension by baji665: baji665 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling
• Multiple account creation
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of a software vulnerability
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at baji665 staff
• Compliance with a legal requirement, court order, or regulatory direction

Where baji665 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. baji665 will communicate the reason for account closure where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji665 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, anticipated savings, or business opportunity
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Any loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the Site
• Any damage to your device, software, or internet connection arising from accessing the Site
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Site due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances outside baji665's reasonable control
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by a third-party payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or by banking system limitations in Bangladesh

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit baji665's liability for death or personal injury caused by baji665's gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that it is possible to lose money when using baji665. baji665 does not guarantee winnings of any kind and is not liable for any financial losses you sustain while using the platform. Any claim you may have against baji665 arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site must be submitted to baji665 customer support within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising under them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which baji665 operates. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
